this two bedroom apartment felt spacious. the location provided easy access to two metro stations. i found the staff consistently friendly and helpful . the free wifi i had was fast.
the cleaning frequency was limited without an extra charge. a daily cleaning service costs 28 eur. i noticed there were two days without hot water, even when the weather was cold.

the hotel has good sized car parking spaces. a supermarket is only 50 metres away which is convenient. the nearby park is a nice bonus (my dog enjoyed it).
the tv only worked with local channels, so i could not use my netflix account.

the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful when needed. they helped explaining the city and the hotel amenities with a map. all the personnel were excellent with kindness and a smile.

the location was lovely and it was easy to get to via metro from central locations. the hotel is close to a couple of metro stations and it takes about 25 minutes to get to central areas. the area is calm in a great neighbourhood.
